In light of the coronavirus pandemic affecting people in countries across the globe, we would like to reassure you that we have a business continuity plan in place so that we can maintain our service to you over the coming weeks, should the situation worsen.

Managing Director, Jane Cleaver said:

“With the ongoing impact and uncertainty caused by COVID-19, we would like to express our support for you and your organisation and reassure you that Concept4 is taking this outbreak extremely seriously and closely following government advice.

We are doing everything we can to minimise disruption, including developing business continuity planning to assess the resilience of both our people and systems.

All this means is that we are very much still open for business and able to fulfil any customer requests.”

Business as usual

It’s very much a message of business as usual from us, as all of our employees are being supported to work remotely and use digital collaboration as though they were in the office, should the need arise. This means there will be no interruption of service to you and scheduled work will continue as planned. If you have any concerns please contact your Account Manager.

New projects

Face to face is always our preference for new projects but if there is advice not to arrange meetings or your organisation recommends that you work from home, we can use multi-way video and other remote collaboration tools to get things done just as effectively.

We are contactable as usual by email and phone, using cloud-based technology to ensure continuity of service to you at all times.

Support

Our dedicated client support will continue as normal so please visit https://support.concept4.com if you have any issues or queries regarding your website and we will respond within 24 hours.
