Zoning in on staff, patients and visitors

As part of their engagement strategy, one of our long standing clients, East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust, were looking to create an area within Royal Blackburn Hospital that would engage with staff through the use of a visual display system.

We found the perfect location to create the Staff Zone, now used to communicate the many key messages to staff and make them visible to patients and visitors alike. The zone highlights the Trust's visions and values, it's key successes, staff awards, national priorities and other communications that aid the Trust's two way engagement with it's staff. 

This will be the first of five locations to further enhance the engagement of staff and the public as the Trust continues to develop their channels of communication.
