Experienced Account Manager


We're looking for an experienced Account Manager who's proactive, client focused and can spin lots of plates at the same time without dropping them!

You'll need a proven track record in account management and an appetite for all things digital, experience using a Management Information System (MIS) is essential.

Reporting to our Client Services Manager your priority will be to retain and maximise existing client accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop lasting existing client relationships through regular & effective communications
  • Assist in management of a team sales pipeline by understanding existing clients' current & future business plans to contribute to our business growth
  • Project manage many accounts with clients, partners and Creatives to agreed service levels
  • Process jobs and maintain a clean CRM using agency management software
  • Prioritise work and plan appropriately to meet strict deadlines
  • Accurately take and communicate briefs
  • Create leads for other areas of the business
  • Be involved in networking opportunities

Dependent on experience and achievements

40 hours (extra hours may be expected at times to meet deadlines)

20 days holiday (rising to 25) plus statutory days
