Hadlow Group comprises three FE Colleges (Hadlow, West Kent and Ashford), with the laborious task of producing six annual prospectuses across its full time, part time and HE services. Concept4 were awarded the project of managing all of the prospectuses, including the transition to a new FE format that includes some 42 departmental brochures across the three colleges.
Create
The new format slimmed down the FE prospectus to a ‘mini guide’, supplemented by a folder and department brochures to allow a ‘pick and pack’ approach; meaning a more personalised prospectus for each student.
Communicate
From a design lead with a consistent style across the Group’s colleges, we smoothly progressed through to folders, prospectuses and department brochures with print handling, storage and distribution to approximately 300 feeder schools.
