It's been an alright year!

Concept4_full_roundup.jpgIt’s been an alright year!

Wow, what a year! We’re certainly ready for the Christmas Break, but we’ve had a brilliant year – made possible by having the most awesome clients and the best employees in the UK, fact. So, here’s a quick look back at 2018 (aptly fitting into 12 bitesize chunks)…

We managed 149 website projects!

Phew. Our UX design and development team deserve a big pat on the back for producing some epic sites, alongside our first class project management team, not to mention our #epic clients who continually work with us to push digital boundaries!

80 prospectus projects we hear you cry!

But print is dead! Oh no it’s not. (said in our best panto voices). We’re still producing some BEA-utiful prospectuses for our clients. Maybe that’s because we have an offer that’s second to none. Bespoke design or template option (available through our sister company Made for Education) and print runs as low as 50 thanks to our in-house digital print production capabilities.

Yep, we make custom apps too

We’ve worked on some fabulous projects this year and we finished the year off nicely with a contract to overhaul the Crown paints app we originally developed back in ooooo 2014! So that’s an exciting one for the new year.

We built 7 new 6th form application systems

We worked closely with some of our school clients to build paperless 6th form application systems and we’ve got a feeling we’ll be doing a lot more of these next year. To enquire about a paperless admission system contact us.

We held two smashing charity events

Any excuse to eat cake and dress up! Raising money for MacMillan Cancer Support and Save the Children. We’ll be committing to more charity events next year too.

We crowned 12 ‘good eggs’ of the month!

Our very own twist on employee of the month…round these parts if you go above and beyond then you’re a good egg. December saw a joint win with Sharon and Julie sharing the crown! Well done guys.

Emma ran the Great North Run!

Finishing only a few minutes behind the one and only Mr Olly Murs, Emma raised a whopping £956! She says her left knee now clicks when she walks upstairs, but it was totes worth it.

We smashed out 48 photography days

That’s nearly one a week. We’re committed to our working partnerships with some of the best photographers around because they simply bring your school or organisations marketing to life.

And we moved offices…

If you think moving house is stressful YOU HAVE NO IDEA. We totally love our new home and the fact that there’s a bistro (with a bar no less) on site, just makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

We took on our first large scale hospice signage project

And what an absolutely stunning outcome! One very happy client and one fabulous portfolio piece to showcase not only the gorgeous designs but our first-class fitting service too.

We made 8670 cups of tea/coffee

And we’re only joking, Alex didn’t really make 3. He made 2. As a team we collectively think he needs to try harder in 2019 and might start a social media documentary about his tea/coffee making procrastination if it continues…

And finally, we ate 3485 biscuits

Each.

Hope you all have a fabulous Christmas and New Year. Thanks for your support throughout 2018 and here’s to another successful year in 2019.
