CMS Training Centre – Coming Soon

In April Concept4 are introducing our content management system (CMS) training centre as a key item in our fantastic ongoing training and support offering for our website customers. This will feature an online library of training videos covering all aspects of our CMS and how to manage the content on your website. A handy and informative twenty-four seven resource.

There are numerous advantages of having a training hub compared to the more traditional remote training sessions we have used historically:

• Accessing the training centre is much more time efficient compared to our group training sessions. No need to learn about irrelevant sections of the system.
• There is much sharper focus on specifics and it is much easier to retain learning.
• By splitting up the learning into bitesize video chunks the time is customised to user interest/requirements.
• It is ideal to dip in and out of and return to in the future for specific reference points.
• We are still more than happy to deal with initial or ongoing questions and we are keen to hear about any suggested ideas/improvements.

We are really proud of our CMS and had wonderful feedback on it. We hope the new training centre will help our customers make the most of it. The key to its success we believe is that we have got the balance right for the user.
