School open days 2021 – a blended or hybrid approach?

As COVID-19 becomes a virus that we learn to live with, for schools in England, the return in September 2021 sees a return to relative normality. UK government seeks the least possible disruption to children’s education and the delivery of face-to-face, high-quality education to all pupils.

So, what does ‘normal’ look like when it comes to your school open day?

No doubt your open events and associated recruitment activities will be high up the agenda come the start of term. You may be planning the sort of wholly ‘in-person’ events that were the norm prior to the pandemic.
