Concept4 worked in close partnership with Appraisal Solutions to create an app and website tailored specifically for the needs of dealerships - a timely solution to a long-standing problem. The salesman or appraiser record the details of the part exchange vehicle using the Appraisal Solutions app from their iPad, starting with a simple input of the registration number to import accurate vehicle data, followed by relevant vehicle information such as photographs of body panels to create a record of their condition. This obviously looks highly professional and offers a real-time, indisputable history of the condition of the vehicle at trade in. The collected data sends to the dealership’s personal web-based portal where it can be reviewed by the Sales Manager, who can easily oversee incoming stock from a dealership or group perspective. With highly detailed information and images, this means there can be no discrepancies in describing or valuing a car - meaning a professional service to customers whilst improving sales and margin performance. A win-win if ever there was one!
